Welcome to the Whitsundays, Where Dreams Do Come True
The Whitsundays are more than tropical islands in a shimmering blue sea,
there are vibrant coastal towns and hidden pockets of pure delight just
waiting to be explored.
This is our home. We work and play in this fabulous area and love it. Come with us as we tour our Whitsundays, a place

Whitsundays takes in the coastal towns of Mackay, Proserpine, Airlie

of which only 12 or so are inhabited.
Long sandy beaches with hardly
a person in sight, balmy weather where the average temperature stays
between 20 and 27 degrees Celsius. This is truly paradise
Hamilton Island, Hayman, South Molle and Daydream are just a few
of the islands where holidays are dreams come true.
On these pages
we showcase some of the islands and some secret spots not so famous
that are just as special. And then there is the Great
Barrier Reef just to make it all so exciting.
One thing that really stands out in the Whitsundays are the
genuine people, full of pride for their part of paradise. Friendly people
who will greet you with open arms. They are the ones who make holidays
in any of the towns and resorts of the Whitsundays, that little more

are full of surprises, a paradise right in our own backyard.
Just look at the 2 photos on this page. If they don't knock your socks off, your very hard to please. Just flying over the Great Barrier reef is something that amazes everyone. The huge living wonder is only appreciated from the air, and to think that it runs down the east coast for around 2000 kms. Awesome!
Then there is Heart Reef, almost in the centre of it all. Seems like a perfect plan.
And the image below is the famous Hill Inlet and Whitehaven Beach. Both images were taken on helicopter flights, but you can take cruises to Whitehaven Beach from Airlie or any of the island resorts to see Hill Inlet. Just make sure you ask for a cruise that takes you to the Hill Inlet lookout.
now for a Whitsundays holiday of a lifetime, that romantic getaway or honeymoon,
or just to come say hello to the friendly people.
