Heads in the Mist Wlaapaper

Heads in the Mist National Gallery of Australia Canberra

As promised, this is the second IPad wallpaper dedicated to Australian Travel Photography. A haunting image which we call Heads in the Mist, this was photographed outside the National Gallery of Australia in Canberra.

Heads in the Mist is a mixed photo taken outdoors depicting both “Heads of the North” bronze sculptures by Dadang Christanto and “Fog Sculpture” by Fujiko Nakaya. They make a fascinating and thought provoking image when photographed together. The “Fog Sculpture” is a man made fog machine that operates daily from midday to 2.00pm. Just enough time to get some fabulous photographs around the lake garden setting.

Outdoor photography is allowed at the National Gallery of Australia, indoors is not.

That photograph is certainly haunting. Thanks for the free IPad wallpapers. Great idea using travel photos as wallpapers and also thanks for the link on how to add them, I’m still playing and learning with my IPad but loving it.
