Sydney in a Day Sightseeing Tour
This
enjoyable sightseeing tour by luxury coach takes you to see all the
favorite icons of Sydney plus a few places that you would normally miss,
plus there is and option of a fabulous lunch cruise aboard a luxury
catamaran with Captain Cook Cruises.
In the morning you will take in the sights of Darling Harbour and the
city and journey across the Sydney Harbour Bridge, with viewing stops
at Milsons Point, Seaforth Lookout and Arabanoo Lookout for spectacular
views and then continue through to the popular seaside suburb of Manly.
Did you know that as early as 1856 there was a daily ferry service
to Manly largely thanks to the foresight of Henry Gilbert Smith, a businessman
who lived in Sydney. You will have time to walk on the famous sands
of Manly Beach and the Corso and soak up the atmosphere of this vibrant
village location.
For
lunch you travel back to Circular
Quay where those that have booked the lunch cruise option will board
the vessel and others can enjoy free time to look over the opera house
and enjoy the hospitality that abounds in the area.
After lunch re-board the bus for an afternoon of sightseeing pleasure
visiting the historic Rocks area, Mrs
Macquaries Chair, Hyde Park, Kings Cross and famous Bondi
Beach.
The view from Mrs Macquaries Chair in the Royal
Botanical Gardens is just fabulous and a sure favorite with photographers,
as you can get great pics over the harbour with both the Sydney Opera
House and the Sydney Harbour Bridge in the background.
