Sydney Airport Transfers with Sunbus

Sydney HarbourSydney airport shuttle bus for arrival transfers and departure transfers to and from Sydney hotels which can be booked online.

Most hotels have a shuttle bus that can pick up and drop off at your selected hotel. There are a variety of charges for each individual shuttle service, most small operators charge around $13 AUD per person.

Airport shuttle buses are good for backpackers but if there are 2 or more people traveling in the same group, a taxi may prove just as cheap and ultimately the better option.

Give them your flight arrangements and they will be there to get you to your destination. No need for costly rental cars or paying too much with taxis, Sunbus will do the hard driving for you, why worry about traffic and parking, they handle everything for you.

Both Domestic and International airports are serviced and both arrival transfers and departure transfers catered for. Service transfers to and from downtown Sydney, Kings Cross, Potts Point, Elizabeth Bay, Rushcutters Bay, Paddington, Chinatown, Haymarket, Darling Harbour, Bondi, Randwick or Coogee hotels.

There are other options for shuttle services. Most can be booked at the hotel desk.

To be totally honest, this service is just as expensive as a taxi and taxis are more comfortable. If there is more than one traveller, it is almost as cheap to go by taxis. It only costs around $40 AUD to travel from the airport to Darling Harbour or a city hotel in a cab.

We personally travel into Sydney often. We have used the shuttle service a couple of times, yet think that either the taxi or train is a better option. It usually depends on which hotel we are staying at which mode of transport we take.

In peak hours, travelling from your hotel to the airport certainly makes using the shuttle service a good option. Sometimes getting a taxi during peak hours is difficult and you can save a lot of waiting time using the shuttle service.
