There is accommodation available at Undara and camping facilities. You can self drive from Cairns, which will take around 4 hours via innisfail. Perhaps you should plan to take longer as there are some fabulous sights along the way, such as the Millaa Millaa Falls and Innot Hot Springs, that should not be missed.
