Good rooms with lovely views, very good service and all within walking distance to town and the pier. I would certainly stay there again.

One of the best hotels we stayed in all our trip to Australia. Staff were really great and gave us a lot of advice on the best places to see and where to eat. 5 from 5 from us.

Can't say it was fantastic, but I would give it 5 from 5 if the staff were a little more friendly. We had a good room with views but found the pool a bit crowded and the staff at check-in did not smile once. Not the best way to give first impressions.
