All the accommodation at the Ayers Rock Resort is owned by the
same company so there is absolutely no competition and prices
are very high. Desert Gardens was good hotel but so expensive.
Lucky you see everything out at Ayers Rock in a day or so, you
would be broke staying there for a week.

Very nice hotel for so far away from cities. We like the hotel
staff for the way they helped us and gave us directions to see
Uluru at sunset.

Like everyone else I consider the accommodation at Ayers Rock
far too expensive, but realise it is in the desert so you either
like it or lump it. Uluru is a magic place and something I have
always wanted to see, so really didn't mind the cost for a 3
night stay. The hotel itself was very nice, food good but the
service a little slow. Rooms were clean and tidy without being
luxurious, but adequate for the purpose. Ayers Rock is a place
you would go to once only, so why not put the price aside and
enjoy yourself.
