This hotel was about adequate at best. Needs a bit of a refit but in a good location. Kitchen is small, rooms were fairly clean, staff need to smile. Very overpriced, would stay somewhere else next time.

Stayed for 4 nights Jan 2007 and enjoyed the experience. Location was what we wanted near the Uni and the staff made us welcome from the moment we walked through the door. Rooms were okay and the cafe served fairly good food. I would use the Quest again next time we are in Auckland.

Stayed for 2 nights and found everything fine. Good location and rooms were comfortable. Pretty good place overall.
