All Seasons Meridien is a good hotel in North Adelaide that we used
when staying for the cricket December 2006. Fairly quiet yet close to
pubs and restaurants and we walked to the Adelaide Oval each day. Could
do with a refurbishment but we liked the fact that it had a good swimming
pool with spa and sauna, rooms were clean and spacious and the staff fantastic.

One of Adelaide's oldest buildings, the Old Lion Hotel is still used as a pub and Buffalo cottage, built in 1851 is a heritage building. Both are close to the All Seasons Meridien and well worth seeing.
